I only kept it in for 45 min. It just was uncomfortable. After 5 days nothing happened. Then on day 6 my heel and toes had skin falling off. Pretty gross really. This lasted for multiple days. While I agree my heels are softer I disliked the skin falling off my toes and under my toenails. If you do try it, I would just use in my heels. Use caution on back of foot, above the heel.

Using the product is SO easy and peeling started on day 3. The package says peeling will happened within 3-5 days, so this was very accurate in my experience. On day 3, the bottoms of my feet started to peel. On day 4, I was able to peel off just about everything on the bottoms of my feet while the toe area and top of my feet were beginning to peel.
