Good but not salon Great
I am a 58 year old woman and I live in the Charleston SC area with lots and lots of humidity. My hair is curly but as I age my hair has become more and more frizzy. It makes no sense to blow dry because it just frizzes once I step outside. I was nervous to try the Phyto Specific relaxer but there was no reason. The steps are spelled out and my package included everything it stated. The process was time consuming but not hard. I took several washes before my hair was finally neutralized. My hair is not stick straight but it is relaxed, more so at the roots then on the ends. Possibly I didn't pull my hair straight enough. There is no evident smell and my hair feels a little sticky but it is much better than before. I look forward to styling it the next few weeks and see how it goes. I will try to add an update if allowed.

I try it yesterday.make my hair soft and manageable I use half of it.Although I did not received everything like the lait restructurant in. The package which was very disappointing, I managed to use an another form of moisturizer which work for me. if you are you looking for something like perm don’t try, but if you are an African American who needs your hair to be softer try it you won’t regret.

Not sure of my thoughts
I have used this straightener before (Index 2) from another vendor. Loved it!!!!! However, I decided to downgrade to the Index 1 since my hair is a fine texture. With this product, I had to wash and wash and wash and wash my hair before the shampoo turned white to confirm the product rinsed out. I have had some breakage. Not sure the issue...????

Appropriately named
I like this product as it keeps the integrity of the hair in tact. It’s pricey. The content in the bottle may seem small, however it gets the job done! I will keep using it as it protects my fine hair.
