Revitalash Cosmetics Thickening Shampoo
Over the years, I've tried several different thickening shampoos without noticeable results. Although I've only used Revitalash a few times, I'm pleased to say that my hair seems thicker & shinier. Started using this shampoo/conditioner over a month ago, but I only wash my hair weekly to 2x a week. I did notice an instant thickening of my hair when I styled it. It smells mild and clean, not medicinal like some thickening shampoo. I find that it lathers and cleans well. The jury is still out if it will actually make my hair grow. I have some thinning around the hairline and sides. I will continue to use it to see since I like how my hair is responding so far. This brand has proven to show results for my eyelashes and eyebrows.

It's probably too soon to tell if there are long term results with this shampoo, I've only used it 3x. I wanted a thickening shampoo without sulfates. I'm all for a product esp. shampoo that is considered a scalp treatment. What I can say so far is that it lathers nicely, has a very pleasant smell & leaves my hair manageable. Will try to update.

I really love the volume that this shampoo gives my fine hair. It only takes a little to lather and you wait 2 minutes and rinse. I do feel there are less strands in my brush. I will reorder and use for a few months to see the full benefits. Time will tell.

Better for volume than most
I am always searching for products that will give my thin hair more volume. I have tried SO MANY products that do not help. In fact, many cause adverse symptoms like dryness, oiliness, frizz, etc. Enter RevitaLash! I have been using it (along with the conditioner) for about 3 weeks and really like it so far. It does give my hair a little more volume (I will take all I can get). I am 90% sure that I am also seeing less shedding. I am not saying I have seen a night and day difference, but there IS an improvement. It lathers good. The smell is okay—not terrible but not great. Sort of a generic or nondescript shampoo smell that dissipates once you dry your hair.

Updated March 2021: I've loved Revitalash shampoo since 2016. But now I'm unhappy with the new formulation. While the lathering power is improved immensely (it has gone from a cream to a gel) it seems to cause dryness to my hair. It is now difficult to detangle after washing, it never was with the original formula. And the static I'm experiencing is excessive. The scent which was absolutely heavenly before, almost like a high-end unisex-type fragrance, is now a tropical fruity-type scent. I can confirm that it does still seem to prevent excess hair loss in the shower which is of course a positive and what truly matters and why I've been a loyal customer since 2016. I hope they'll consider going back to the original scent and somehow make the formula less drying.
