My dermatologist had my start this at the beginning of 2024. It's every day for 4 months and then twice a week going forward as maintenance. The product adds time to your regimen as you need to leave it on for 15 minutes before washing your face and applying other products. Also, it needs to be applied to *rested* dry skin. I chose to apply it in the AM as in the PM I'd have a less than clean canvas after working out. There is a slight medicinal scent but it's not intolerable. Overall I'm not sure if I see a difference but I'll ask my dermatologist and/or her aesthetician the next time I'm at the office. It is unclear what this product was supposed to do given its price tag.
