Not really sure...

My dermatologist had my start this at the beginning of 2024. It's every day for 4 months and then twice a week going forward as maintenance. The product adds time to your regimen as you need to leave it on for 15 minutes before washing your face and applying other products. Also, it needs to be applied to *rested* dry skin. I chose to apply it in the AM as in the PM I'd have a less than clean canvas after working out. There is a slight medicinal scent but it's not intolerable. Overall I'm not sure if I see a difference but I'll ask my dermatologist and/or her aesthetician the next time I'm at the office. It is unclear what this product was supposed to do given its price tag.

After many years on hydroquinone by prescription I switched to Sente after accompanying my daughter to her dermatologist appt and she was put on this cysteamine cream. In 2 weeks of daily use my face was glowing and within a month my dark spots were noticeably faded. And it’s so easy. Apply to your face with no pre washing. It’s a bit pricey but so worth it and after the first tube or so, at the maintenance stage, you can apply “as needed”. For me, that’s 3 times a week. By the way, I’m 74 years old and am looking pretty good! Thank you, Sente!

Not working as advertised. I faithfully used as direction for 8 weeks but it did nothing for me, my dark spots became darker, more new dark spots (sigh...). Also my dark spots are very light shade of dark, size is about half of a penny. Not lighten my dark spots but made them got worse (darker, bigger). I am VERY SAD for wasting money and time on this expensive product.

Faded some stubborn patches

This has helped fade some stubborn patches of melasma during the 3 plus weeks of use so far. I was impressed by the significant fading after only a few days. I am using it along with Niacinamide, alpha arbutin, vitamin c, and other discoloration treatments, and it’s possible their effect may have also been boosted by the Sente product. It does have a strong scent that I do not care for but am willing to tolerate as long as the treatment works.

This is a wonderful product, I can’t say I regularly have a lot of discoloration and visible pigment, but summer time and after a not quite healthy spring my skin wasn’t that evenly luminescent as I would like it to be. But it changed a very even colored skin showed just after two weeks of using that Sente Tone Corrector. First I started it twice a week, then every second day. A visibly more even toned skin followed. Highly recommend this product.
