I use this scrub daily. It is gentle enough to do that but still does a great job making my face feel cleansed and fresh. I like that it takes care of the peeling I often have around my nose. This is a great scrub for beginning the day with rejuvenated skin.

I used the Nia 24 facial scrub for years until it was discontinued. Since then I have constantly been trying new scrubs in search of the ONE. They were either too expensive for a scrub or the quantity in the bottle didn't justify the price, smelled bad, were too abrasive or not gritty enough, etc. I finally found my scrub!! This scrub has plenty of small, fine particles to exfoliate but isn't too abrasive. The scrub doesn't really have any smell and it's a larger quantity bottle for the price. I use 2-3 times a week in the shower and my face seems to like this scrub.
