Made skin itchy
It took me awhile to figure out that this is what was making my skin severely itchy; like I would just itch and itch. Bummed because I love the idea of what it says it would do.

When I put serum on I was thrilled how it made my skin look. After a few days it became very drying to my sensitive skin. Got a bit of a rash too. Don’t let this discourage you however because I Have finicky skin. My suggestion is to ease into it until your skin gets accustomed to it. I bet it works!

Unsure about results
Not quite sure I got the intended/desired results, addressing dark spots which may be age spots, hyperpigmentation and/or melasma. Will give Obagi Prof-C serum a try. Product wasn’t necessarily enjoyable to use in terms of scent or texture.

Broke out
Phloretin CF with C caused blackheads on my nose and small pimples on my chin after using it for about a week. CE Ferulic did not cause breakouts, nor did a vitamin C serum from a different brand.

Nice product, but I like the CE Ferulic serum best. The product worked and my skin looked great, but this felt a bit heavy and didn't absorb as well as the other serums I've tried from this line.

I am not sure how I feel about this product. Ive been using it about 2 months & I just dont really notice much difference in my skin. It does feel slightly fresher but I likely will not reorder.

Not that great
I used to use this product many years ago when I was in my late 20s into my early 30s. While I found that it helped with my acne, I also found that it "toughened" my skin. It would seal over open acne scars, which did not help because it was actually blocking my pore so whatever gunk was inside couldnt come out. I also really hate the sticky feeling on my skin after using this. Using C + AHA now and while it still has the same sticky feel, it doesnt block my pores.

Probably not for rosacea
This serum applies like a dream and did not seem to cause any irritation. However, after about one week of use, I had a rosacea flare up. It is, of course, possible that the two events were not related, but this was the only new product I was using. If skin sensitivity is not an issue, you will love this serum. Those with rosacea should tread cautiously.
