Skinceuticals Neck Cream
I've been using a different brand of neck cream for quite awhile and I was ok with it. I did see a positive difference using it over time, but then I received a free sample of SkinCeutical neck cream in my last order from Lovelyskin. I have become a SkinCeutical snob because I love their products and can depend on results. I used the sample, liked it, and bought the full size. I read that some had reactions to it, and at first, I did have some itchiness, but there was no rash or redness. As I used it more, that sensation went away. I like how my neck looks and I am looking forward to seeing the results of using it for a month or two.

I have been using the SkinCeuticals Tripeptide-R Neck Repair for several months. I apply it twice per day and have not experienced any reaction or skin sensitivities. I normally have very sensitive skin too. It is amazing how fast it has helped my neck and décolleté area. Money well spent and you get a lot of product for the money. Works great BUT not for sensitive skin
I started using the product and noticed a difference within a couple of days. My neck skin definitely looked younger & smoother. However by the 3rd day my neck was itching and burning. I immediately stopped using it. I called LovelySkin customer service and the rep was wonderful. She told me the retinol can cause a reaction and that I should try to use it every 3rd or 4th day. Since I liked the way it worked the first couple of days I am trying that. So far that seems to be working. I still have a week or so before I can return it for a refund in case the itching returns. But definitely recommend it if you can tolerate the retinol - it really made my skin much younger looking.

Not For Me
I have used many products in my life and tried many brands. I never had a negative reaction until now. I like some SkinCeuticals but not this one. I broke out in an itchy rash on my neck. I stopped using it and then tried again-- another itchy rash. This is a very expensive product to purchase and I am very unhappy as I will end up throwing it away because I cannot use it.

Burned ME!
I am a long time user of Skinceuticals products and was excited to try the new neck repair cream. But BEWARE if you use this product because it contains lye (sodium hydroxide) and is very aggressive on the skin. It gave me a first degree burn requiring a a presciption steroid from a doctor to heal up. The burn left track marks across my neck and felt like a severe sunburn, which later peeled like a sunburn! I am all for a product that can help the neck, but not if it causes injury. This is a product laibility lawsuit waiting to happen. I am surprised there were no warnings on the packaging. I do not recommend this product!

Sadly this cream caused a lot of irritation and itchiness with red bumps on my neck. I had to return it. I used products that have retinol before and this did not happen. Perhaps something else in the formulation exacerbated the effects.
