Gentle yet effective
Our throat and décolletage skin is thin and shows age before our face. I have used Skinceuticals since my plastic surgeon husband started carrying it in his office decades ago. It is absolutely the best brand out there. So I am delighted that they now make a product for this sensitive area. So far it, I love it. It goes on smoothly and absorbs completely. I then apply Skinceuticals sunscreen.

Smooth Neck Lines
This is a great product and does exactly what it reads. I have sensitive skin and after using the product for three days consecutively, I noticed a rash. I used a pigment cream prior to this product, and apparently the two did not marry well together. The Tripeptide-R shouldn't be used with any other product. So after a few days, I used the product following the instructions and now I'm good to go. I only apply three days weekly and eventually will apply more. This is a fantastic product and you will notice changes in your neck and chest. I highly recommend please follow the instructions.

Quick & Evident Results
I had a neck lift a year and a half ago and know that it is imperative to maintain a daily retinol treatment to prolong lasting effects of the surgery. The lines and firmness experienced with Treptide, were visible within the first week. I have felt the tightness I experienced immediately after the surgery. I look forward to increased results over time, but definitely feel and view the difference already.

Frankly, I’m surprised that this is working so well. This was a new product to me. I followed directions, putting on every other night to start. I’ve progressed to every night and there is a difference. Skin is smoother and fading spots and lines. This will be a keeper for me! I have used SkinCeuticals for several years. SkinCeuticals Tripeptide-R Neck Repair is a very lightweight formula great for anyone looking to treat neck concerns or prevent any! It has a fresh scent and absorbs into the skin immediately. Would be great used with another anti-aging product like Triple Lipid Restore or A.G.E Interrupter. I pair mine with SkinCeuticals HA Intensifier for added lightweight hydration. Subtle Changes
I’ve been using this product for about 4 weeks. I am noticing subtle changes in the skin on my neck. . .a bit firmer, wrinkles not quite as noticeable. The directions say to use it once a day for a week, and work up to twice a day. I didn’t notice any irritation, so I bumped up to twice a day, every day. I did have some irritation after that (not visible, but it was a slight itchy feeling), so I’m back to once a day. Based on results so far, I will order again.

Appears Less Dry
I've only been using this neck repair for two weeks so it is premature to fully judge it but it does seem to be helping My skin seems more supple and dewy. Those lines are still there but it took 70 years for them to form so I don't expect miracles in a few days. SkinCeuticals makes wonderful products so I am hopeful that with continued use there will be more improvement.

Use caution!
I love Skinceuticals (particularly C-E Ferulic serum) so couldn't wait to try this new neck serum. However, after two uses my neck became red and itchy with a rash. I was surprised because my skin is not sensitive. So now I use once every two weeks! I'm not sure how that will work but I'm treating it more as a "treatment" as in a skin peel. It's strong! So do beware.

This product has a nice texture/feel. But, it does cause some skin irritation on me. I use it every other night to help minimize the irritation. I have not been using it long enough yet to see any results.

Irritated my skin
This is probably a very good product, but I am not able to use it because — after about a week of consistent use — it made my neck irritated, and now I have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation as a result. I cannot say how well it works long term since I cannot use it.

Skinceuticals Tripeptide-R Neck Repair
I cannot give a review on if this product is diminishing lines and wrinkles and crinkles yet since it's so strong that it caused some lines in my neck to turn red. I discontinued using and am using Skinceuticals dermal repair until the redness goes away. I used it every night without buffering it with anything as a base layer or top layer. I will continue in a week or so and start with just 2x a week and build up.

Didn't work for me
I was so excited to try this product since I use a few of the other SkinCeuticals products. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I developed a red rash and had itchiness on my neck and chest. I returned it.

Be Careful Using This Product
I hesitated to write a review because I didn't use the product for 16 weeks which was the length of the clinical study. I discontinued using this product due to adverse skin irritation after only 10 days. The LovelySkin site says to use every other night for a week then increase to nightly for one week then twice daily as tolerated. The SkinCeuticals product box/bottle says to use every day for a week then increase to twice a day. I decided to be conservative and follow LovelySkin's recommendation, however I wasn't able to tolerate the product whatsoever. While in my second week of application, my neck skin became very irritated with a burning sensation that was intolerable. The "rings" I have on my neck turned red and appeared worse. The "crepiness" became more pronounced and irritated. My skin itched, burned and turned red and blotchy. I fully understand that some products may make the skin worse before it looks better but in this case (in my opinion) it's not worth the irritation. I also fully understand that everyone reacts differently to products, so what happened to me may not happen to others. I have never had such a reaction to any product including those with retinol. I just want people to know this product is very strong and it's best to follow the instructions on the LovelySkin site vs. the product box/bottle if you decide to try it. I hope other people have a positive experience. It took almost 2 weeks for the skin irritation to fully go away. Just a warning to be very careful if you decide to use this product. I'm a happy regular LovelySkin customer so this has nothing to do with them. This is a SkinCeuticals product issue. This product should have included more research and a much larger group of people in their clinical study, and a longer study to gather more results. I've used other SkinCeuticals products before and have liked them. Unfortunately this product is a big $120 disappointment. I'm surprised it was even launched. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately I had a reaction to the product. I was very excited to try this product but my skin did not like it. It is the first time I have had a reaction to a SkinCeuticals product. I would return it, but I threw away the packaging.
