I really like this cream. I mostly use it as a hand cream but it would make a nice facial cream as well. It’s creamy and moisturizing. You always get quality when buying SkinMedica. I used to buy it at my dermatologist office but found it on this website at much better prices. I’ve bought it several times and will buy again.

Not good for acne-prone skin
Used this after micro-needling and CO2 fractional laser treatment. Seemed to do it’s intended purpose well, skin felt moisturized and recovered, but broke out really, really bad. Didn’t examine the ingredients at all before purchasing, just purchased according to recommendations and reviews. After use I learned one of the oils in the ingredients has a comedogenic rating not ideal for acne prone skin.

Wonderful hydration and soothing if using Retinol/tretinoin too
I noticed a lot of people were raving over this as a post-procedure cream (even in the reviews: after peels, laser treatments etc). I wanted to thank everyone who recommended TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream for soothing hydration if one’s skin has gone peely, irritable, dry or sensitive while using Rx Tretinoin (although I take care not to overapply my Tretinoin and to follow my dermatologist’s regimen suited to dry skin, I still get peeling skin sometimes). I use the TNS ceramide cream as a night cream then, and often as a night cream regardless as it’s just a terrific rich hydrator with beneficial anti-aging ingredients.
