Love this product line...and its a great eye cream... a little goes a long way and it works. There is a big problem with the bottle! There is no stem from the pump. Once your product gets below the pump (attached to the bottle) you will have to open the bottle and and get it out on your own. For the price you shouldn't have to risk opening the bottle for air or germs and it should be a better design.

I am a SkinMedica fan and use the products regularly, but I am new to this cream. Maybe, it is too early but I am not getting the hydrating effect that I expected. I will keep using it for now and see if the hydration improves, but for now, I am not getting the results I expect when I spend this much money on a product.

I LOVE SkinMedica (It’s my go-to daily skincare regime/line—with a few things blended in)m which is why I’m giving this product 3 stars—it's a quality product with good ingredients but the results weren’t what I hoped for. I’m still a believer in the TNS Eye Cream all the way though.

This eye cream lives up to all proclamations except hydration. By midday my under eye skin is dry. I have to apply an occlusive product over the eye cream to easily apply concealer and stay hydrated through out the day.

Love the product, hate the container
This is a great product and I would continue to use if I could see when to reorder! The container provides no way to gauge how much product is left. In addition, because of the unusual pump system, the container occasionally gets air in it that you have to "pump" out. When I have do this, the product is propelled across my bathroom counter top and is wasted.
