I have a couple of small areas of psoriasis so I'm very picky about the type of soap/body wash I use. Prior to this purchase, I was using natural moisturizing type bar soaps but they weren't very moisturizing. Just know that this isn't a deep moisturizer so if you have severely dry skin, you might have to use a lotion even after using this.
