As an older person, I have dry skin year round due to age and sun damage. Skin is very thin and tender, and this body wash is smooth on the skin, takes care of dry, damaged skin. Rinses off very nicely with no left over residue as other body washes tend to do. After using this body wash, my skin looks more alive and replenished and not so scaly looking. Thanks to my allergist for recommending your products to me. You are never too old to try something new.

I’ve been using this body wash for a few years. Simple, effective, doesn’t dry out my skin. I try others every now and then thinking maybe I’d like something with some scent, but I never end up reaching for them and go back to this one. Only complaint is I wish it came with a pump.

Whereas I found Vanicream's Gentle Facial Cleanser too drying for my sensitive, rosacea-prone face, I do not experience the same with the body wash. This must be the 4th skin cleanser for the shower (not to mention all the specialty bars) I've tried. I always love my choices EXCEPT after a few minutes exiting the shower, I start to literally start to dry up and start getting itchy. This particular product really does stave that reaction off. It is now 1 of 2 products I have that I don't have to worry too much about using. It does help to put moisturizer on afterward and seems to make the moisturizer more effective.

Love this body wash; it cleanses very well and is very gentle and comforting on the skin. The reason I took off one star is that I find the wide bottle hard to hold onto with wet hands and would like to suggest to the company that they consider a shape that is easier to grasp. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product, especially if you have any skin issues, but honestly it would be good for anyone. There is no fragrance whatsoever.
