This is an excellent long-wearing coverup. It is not cakey, and it lasts about eight hours. The corrective fluid gives full coverage. I am not sure if I ordered the correct shade because the nude looks almost medium. This is the best product I have found for long wearing natural full coverage.

I normally wear a different well known brand of concealing foundation due to discoloration and redness, but I thought I would try based on other reviews. I am so happy I did, I won’t be going back to my old brand. Vichy is much less heavy feeling on my face. It covers better than the other brand and does not look mask like. I love this foundation. It only takes a tiny bit and spreads like silk. There is so much pigment in it, anything can be covered. It looks very natural and stays on no matter what. I was shocked at how well it minimized even deeper scars, somehow camouflaging them with the rich pigment. To remove, I use a makeup wipe first and then wash my face. My skin is very thin and sensitive and I have no bad reactions. And no need for additional sunscreen!

I accidentally discovered Vichy Dermafinish Foundation after being given a bunch of miscellaneous sample pouches and this was one of them. I couldnt believe it... a foundation that actually covered all my blemishes and completely evened out my skin tone, without having to smear a ton of it all over my entire face! I LOVE this foundation, as a little goes a long way and it sets to a nice smooth, matte finish. I have medium skin tone (I am caucasian but tan very well) and Sand 35 works for me. One tube will last me about 8 months as I use about a half of a dime size for my whole face (dotting the T-Zone and blending outward). I tan in beds at least once a week for color (I live in a very cold, snowy area) so I also like the fact this foundation has spf to protect my facial skin from the uv. I have tried so many other products from drugstores, Sephora, Mary Kay, etc... and this is, by far, the very best foundation ever!

I had never heard of Vichy before, as it is a European brand and I live here in the states. That said, it kept showing up all the time when I searched for tutorials for makeup with acne. As someone who breaks out frequently, I have a lot of hyperpigmentation scars and struggled to find a foundation that covered as well as concealer but wasnt as heavy. Vichy was the solution. Ive had friends tell me they use it to cover tattoos (which I found hard to believe at first but now, I can see how that might be possible if layering). It sounds heavy but its not and it leave a matte finish on your skin that covers your blemishes without making your face look cooked with makeup.
