Works Great for Older Skin
At age 65 I have the problem of having dry skin in some areas, oily in others, and occasional acne. I found this product to be less irritating than most, and works especially well to reduce redness and the time to clear blemishes, especially those caused by "maskne". There is a slight sulfur odor, but that disappears shortly after applying.

Vichy Normaderm SOS Acne Spot Treatment
I have a really hard time with spot treatments in general. They are either too strong with BPO that irritates my skin or too weak with salicylic acid. When I saw this spot treatment had sulfur in it and niacinamide in it I was eager to try it. This stuff dries out your acne while the niacinamide helps soothe the inflammation and keep the redness minimal. This stuff dried up my acne in 24 hours and caused no irritation. This has earned a spot in my acne arsenal. FYI it does have a sulfur scent to it but it works so that’s not an issue in my book but it something to be aware of.
