I've been using viviscal PRO for over 4 months now. I am elated with the results!! I have had fine hair since I was a child, and now at 54, I have noticed that it was drier and more course. I began taking these vitamins about a year ago, maybe 10 or 11 months. I take one in the morning and one in the evening each day. Yes, my hair has been growing quickly, along with my nails, and that's great- BUT in the past few weeks, I have noticed a significant increase in the overall thickness of my hair. As the hair affected by the vitamins grows out, I can feel a tangible difference! It took some time, of course, but is well worth it. I have never had thick hair and now, when wrapping a ponytail holder around my hair, I cannot wrap it as many times as I used to, due to the increase in thickness, or amount of hair I now have.
