I was told by my dermatologist that Viviscal and the foam spray from a different brand (for men) are the only 2 products that have been proven to actually make the most significant difference for hair regrowth. I've been using these Viviscal tablets for about seven months at this point. I definitely have a lot of baby hairs around my hairline, which is nice. I also think I have less scalp showing on my hair part. However, given how slowly hair grows, I think it's still a bit early to make a final judgment. I plan to keep using these tablets for at least 12-18 months and will re-assess then. So far, though, I'm pleased. And as a side note, I was a bit worried about whether the biotin in these tablets might give me acne, as I have very reactive skin. However, my skin's been about the same.
