If you use this on wet skin it's a mild exfoliator with so-so results. When applied on dry skin it is a much better exfoliator. It does remove a lot of dead skin and leaves my skin feeling very soft and smooth. However, when I rinse this off my body in the shower it leaves the shower floor very very slippery. I almost slipped and fell twice, (that has never happened before with other body exfoliators I've used) so be careful when you use it. That's why I gave it only 3 stars.

The result is smoother skin. It is also a good prep for use with a body firming cream. I am pleased that it comes in a tube, making it easy to squeeze and apply while in the shower.
