This one is similar to the other two part warming exfoliating peels. What I like most about this one though is there is no harsh rubbing and scrubbing with anything gritty. Step two does have a slight warming sensation, which I find soothing, and five mins is all it takes. I followed the directions to the letter, and my face was as soft as could be. And my skin wasn't dried out afterwards either. I love StriVectin ❤️
