Cleanse skin thoroughly and pat dry. Holding Tensage Intensive Ampoule upright with sleeve in place, crush gently between thumb and forefinger. Remove sleeve and place back on ampoule with swab exposed; squeezing gently to begin the flow of serum. With light, sweeping motions, apply in an even layer over face and neck. It is normal to feel some tingling upon application. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use, at least temporarily. Use of a Tensage cream following application is recommended.
For best results, use one ampoule per day for 7 days, followed by one ampoule weekly for 3 weeks in the evening.

According to the manufacturer, Tensage Intensive Serum 40 is formulated both as an at-home intensive boost for the skin and also for post-procedure skin to speed the healing process and reduce recovery time. This product comes with 10 ampoules, and for best results you should use one ampoule per day for the first 7 days, then one ampoule per week in the evening for 3 weeks. Regardless I always buy a pack after my micro-needling treatments to use. It does feel rejuvenating but isn't a product I would use long term. The capsules are a bit annoying for me and for the price I would rather get a daily serum to use. This is great when you need a pick me up once in a while so I like to have a pack on hand.

I don't like the application method it comes in (I would like it better if it were in pump bottle). I don't care for the sticky texture of it, which makes it difficult to spread on the face.
