You're suppose to get at least five applications out of one ampoule. I barely got three applications and even that was a stretch. I don't like the application method it comes in (I would like it better if it were in pump bottle). I don't care for the sticky texture of it, which makes it difficult to spread on the face. All in all, I don't care for this serum. Haven't noticed any difference. Will keep using a serum from a different brand. Just thought I'd try something different.

Triggers eczema
I wanted to love this product, I had high hopes. It didn’t make my skin break out (acne) which is awesome, but it does trigger my eczema around my eyes and neck. Even when I used it once a week I would wake up with itchy, puffy eyes and an itchy, red splotchy neck. If I continued to use the next day and then a third it would turn into full blown eczema that would need medication as nothing else would clear it up and that’s not something you want to do around your eye area. So I can’t use this unfortunately.

Poor packaging
Practically impossible to use the product due to the packaging. The vials are difficult to crack and release lotion. Cut my skin with sliver of vial. Wish I had not purchased this product or this reason.

The worst designed serum "system"!
First of all, the vials are nearly impossible to break open. Terrible directions. Worse is the burning red rash I got above my eyes - after a week of medical ointment treatment, they still are red and stinging.
