Apply the highlighter before you have set your brows with the clear eyebrow gel. Apply about 1mm under your brow to accentuate and highlight your arch. Use the matte side first, blending it, then use the shimmer side on top for a brighter look. Highlighter can be used under/around eyes and mouth to soften dark circles or lines as well as a cover-up for any blemishes or spots from hair removal. Can also be used to cover up re-growth and to create strobe effect on face.

This is a great product. I love it so much. I tell all my friends about it. I've been using the brow gal for a few years now. My favorite thing about it is that it helps to lay your brows down, and they don't move. The other end of this cool pencil can be used as a high lighter above the brow.
