I have wide spread rosacea , acne prone skin, and am sensitive to a lot of popular ingredients, so it's VERY hard to find products that work for my weird combo of issues. This moisturizer is the only one that has stood the test of time, and I keep reaching for it. It goes great with my prescribed azelaic acid cream, as well as another Kate Somerville product, the HydraKate Recharging Hydrating Serum as a nighttime combo. I always have one jar in use (and how great is that pump!), and one waiting in the wings. Please please please never change the formula!

This retinol eye cream has a non-greasy slip. Fairly light so it feels more like a serum than an eye cream. I don't believe the retinol is very strong so it's a good starter for those new to retinol or if using nightly like myself. I only use in at night so I'm not absolutely certain it is contact-wearing safe but I have not experienced any burning it stinging even though I wear it very close to my water line on my under-eye area. My crow's feet have not miraculously disappeared but the area does look smoother after use.
