The reduced size makes it twice as hard to “pencil in” the eyebrows, very disappointed that the size is literally cut in one half. The new size is better as an eyeliner than it is for enhancing eyebrows. Truly disappointed with the change .

Ever since Jane Iredale was bought by private equity a few years ago, the quality of their products & packaging has plummeted — but prices have increased. This brow pencil applies smoothly and doesn’t smudge. But you get very little product — only an inch worth in cheap, plastic packaging. Applied daily, the pencil lasts only a couple weeks. Not worth $28 when there are many other options.
