I am on my first container of the Skin Omegas and set up on auto shipment. I have tried fish oil supplements in the past and always experienced after effects with fish burps and stopped taking them. I have not noticed anything yet with the Skin Omegas but staying the course to see if any improvements in my 53 year old menopausal skin. I am on HRT (low dose estrogen patch) and eat a healthy diet and exercise daily. It’s too soon to really give a review of this product but I will continue for at least 6 months and love the fact that this product does not upset my stomach with fish burps.
