A switch that does work
I have been using ELTA MD sunscreen (ELTA MD UV Clear SPF 40) for years with no real issues. But I have been told by my dermatologist that the ELTA MD UV Restore with Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide is the safest and most effective. As the UV Clear is made with Zinc Oxide and Octinoxate, and I saw that the ELTA MD UV Restore Broad Spectrum SPF 40 is made with Zinc Oxide (higher levels) and Titanium Dioxide (a safer ingredient), I decided to switch types. There is a difference, but the UV Restore is slightly heavier, and leaves a whitish tinge that does dissipate quickly, though I think it is more noticeable. However, I feel better protected and that I am not exposing my skin to a possible chemical that may not be “user friendly.” I have also noticed that UV Restore helps to diminish the appearance of SOME dark, aging spots. Overall, I am pleased with the switch. And can recommend.

Elta restored spf40 facial moisturizer untinted
Elta sun protection products will never disappoint. They always preform as described. I find the tinted color is not a good match for me but the un tinted is just fine - no white cast after a couple of minutes.

Best daily facial sunscreen ever for mature skin skin
I was using Elta MD’s regular daily sunscreen for years before I discovered Elta UV Restore. Although it goes on a bit white at first, that whiteness goes away within minutes and leaves my 67-year-old skin looking dewy and refreshed.
