I really like the product. My skin is so much softer. The reason I’m giving it a 4/5 is because I had issues pumping out the product. Then I I finally got over it and unscrewed the top. The straw thing that attaches to the pump was not in this product. Which makes sense why it took forever to get even a tiny bit out. I just started using it again (I was so frustrated with my inability to get the product out) and I love it. I have to take the lid off and pour it on my hand, but the product still works great.

I love the serum, but wish epionce would change the dispenser! Pump rarely works properly. I feel like I’m wasting product when I have to pour it in my hand. LovelySkin offered tips on how to use an air pump dispenser, but it doesn’t work. I don’t want to give up using the serum but am considering switching unless I can find an alternative dispenser to use.....And so the hunt for a serum as good as this one begins. Please epionce change your dispenser!

I am only giving this 4 stars because it's too early to tell what the total benefits are. I have been using for a couple of weeks and my skin feels more hydrated and looks more silky so I do believe the vitamins and emollients are working. Based on previous reviews I am curious to see how long it will last, especially since it is rather expensive. However, I have not tried an Epionce product that I don't like so the chances are I will be purchasing in the future when I have a little extra discretionary money.
