Absolutely love this serum! Got this in an IS Clinical sample box, which I see is no longer being offered. This is an amazing product! Just a few drops needed. I do feel a slight tingling sensation for a short time after applying. This definitely is going to be a regular in my routine. Has helped diminish/resolve marks from acne, brightened my skin and seems to be helping diminish prominence of some wrinkles.

I have been using Active serum along with Pro-heal and Hydracool since 2016. IS Clinical is a fabulous brand and Active Serum is fantastic. Personally I recommend starting every other night at first and then move to nightly. My routine is Active, spot treat with pro-heal, and then top everything off with hydracool. I have acne prone skin and this product has done wonders

This is the second product I tried from IS CLINICAL.. so good especially if you have congestion. Helps with preventing breakouts. I use it every other day as my skin is a bit sensitive but this product is super gentle. I also used it as a spot treatment and works just as good. Very light-thin texture and a little product goes a long way. I purchased the smaller size but will definitely get the larger one next time! Good alternative to my retinol.
