Works well and I'm surprised that it's not irritating. I have some stubborn rash like spots and it's' the only thing that has helped to improve it. I would love for it to take away some small areas of hyperpigmentation, but I will have to use for much longer to see if it will, no fault of a product, these are known to be stubborn.

Unsure how it works but it does
This was recommended by derm office for mid-age breakout for middle aged mom...sure does seem to help shorten life when occasional hormonal issues happen. Also seems to help with lessening redness of confused skin. Interesting my teen also uses it and its a winner for him as well. Just wish it was not so expensive. It's also a very "liquidy" serum so you have to be very careful not to spill it since it pours out like water and is easily dispersed. It's magical and deserves its' good reputation, just some caveats that are relevant before big purchase.

This is by far the most effective acne treatment I have tried. It keeps my skin clear. If I have any breakouts, I use this and they’re gone within a day or so. There is a slight tingle sensation. I'm only speaking to Acne effectiveness!
I bought this for my 16-year-old daughter who is fighting teen acne. She's been using it faithfully morning and night for about a month now and it's really done nothing for her. So, from that aspect it's a pretty expensive failure. I tried it myself and it's a nice serum that goes on well and absorbs quickly so no complaints there. But I'm a fan of the Super Serum +, so I've really no use for this one. It just didn't do anything for teen acne. I'll keep looking.
