I’ve used this product a few times and it does great things for my hair. I was nervous buying it on this site as it was such a great deal compared to other sites. First time it was perfect. Worked just as before, seemed like same product I’d been buying from my hairdresser. Second time, however this is a completely different product. Bottle looks the same but product looks and feels completely different (like cheap conditioner) and has very different results on my hair. Not a good deal if I’m being ripped off. I never buy beauty products from Amazon for this same reason. Knock offs. I won’t shop here again.

I ordered this to try since I have split ends and dryness after getting a body perm. After the first use my hair was definitely transformed! Much better than even before my perm. After towel drying and applying the K18 to the ends I raked my fingers down from the roots and any tangles came right out. I've used it a few times now and I like the results very much. My hair is white so I'm always concerned about a product making my hair look yellow. K18 hair mask does not leave any unwanted color or detectable film on my hair - just makes it soft and smooth and easy to manage. Plus, I don't have to blow dry my hair for it to look nice. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle. I was a bit confused since the directions on this website say use 1 pump to start, but the bottle says use 1 ml to start (3 pumps). I used the 3 pumps on the first application and added a bit more since my hair was damaged and it was perfect.

I have long, color-treated hair and I fight dryness as well. I use a lot of product on my hair to tame the waves, repair the color, keep the keratin fresh, etc. If it works, I'll buy it and use it. Suffice it to say, there are a lot of expensive masks out there that are just plain thick conditioners. A highly-rated hair system completely dries out my hair and I've seen others reviews who agree. K-18 is simply the best product I've ever put on my hair. You'll see a drastic difference the first time you use it. After the first 4 consecutive uses, you'll use it every 4-5 wash for maintenance. Follow instructions to a T. Wait the 4 minutes. Put 2 -3 pumps in your palm and rub your palms together until it has almost a gluey consistency. There are a few YouTubes on this. Once I started using it correctly, it worked even harder for my hair. Fantastic stuff. Get it. Your hair will never go back to the frizzy, out-of-control, dry mess it was before.

Worked great the first 3 times. My hair is going through trauma- both thinning/hair loss. And a keratin express blow out gone wrong adding significant breakage on the top layer up high all over. So my hope would be that K18 would have cumulative positive results, in addition to regular trims, only base color to cover grays, and zero heat styling for months now. I’m not sure if consistent use is helping the internal structure heal. I understand that I’m on a long term journey to recover the damage and combat underlying cause of the thinning/loss. I will keep K18 in my hair recovery arsenal, but for the price and commitment to use I would expect cumulative results.

I have used it twice now and am in love with my self. My hair wasn’t even bad—just kind of dingy (pronounced dinge-y). For reference, I have long (Lower back) dyed hair that is about 30% white. COVID stress and some sad life stuff caused it to fall out and just kind of go haywire. Like, parts were frizzy and other parts limp..just kind of all around unmanageable. At 45, I really don’t want to cut my hair as I have come to equate it with some kind of weird trophy (there’s a lot to unpack there) so am trying all the things. I hated this other brand. Unlike the other brand, it actually makes my hair softer immediately upon application so there is no need for a conditioner after, deep or otherwise. Obviously this will all come down to your hair type so it may help to know that I have fine, albeit somewhat thick hair. I am totally going to be buying the big bottle next as this has totally made my hair so shiny and soft.
