Loving the new tint shade for olive/ tan skin.
I've been using this product for a few years now when my mom who has fair skin introduced me to it. Because I have olive/tan skin tone that previous formula looked a little white on my skin but I still enjoyed the glow and the benefits of the cream. Most of the time I didn't apply any make up to darken it. I ordered the new formula and saw all the negative reviews regarding the new tint. Neocutis definitely need to have different shades available for different skin tones. This new one is perfect for olive/tan skin. I am not returning it. Bring back the lighter shade for my mom and please add a darker one for those customers as well!

Very disappointed with the new formula!!
I’ve been using Journee for many years now, and I use it every single day. I opened the new “firm” formula three days ago and used it for the first time, and I was so disappointed! It is completely different…just like the other reviews I’m seeing, it’s orange tinted, sticky-feeling and doesn’t spread as well. The old formula was so much better!! Please bring it back, Neocutis!!

I bought the Journee Firm by mistake. I have been using Journee for many years and love the tint and consistency. The Firm has an orangey tint to it and the consistency is thick and pasty. I used it once when i opened the product. I will not use or buy the Journee Firm again. i only gave 1 star so that i could post this

I loved loved loved the old Journee. I do not understand why Neocutis messed with perfection. This new product is thick, sticky, and has an odd color tint. I will not be able to use an adequate amount to keep it from spreading into my hair and coloring it...I do hope Neocutis will decide to manufacture the old formula for those of us who miss it. I will probably start the hunt for a new product. A shame since the old formula kept my skin healthy and glowing. People frequently asked what I use as they wanted to buy it, too. I do hope LovelySkin will pass on this review to Neocutis. I know the new Firm has great ingredients, but who wants to use it if it is gummy and medical feeling? So sorry, Neocutis! I love your Hyalis. Leave it alone and don't mess with it, too! I gave Neocutis Journee Firm 2 stars for containing all I want from a product, and deducted 3 for formulation.

Its Tinted, and I am Not a Fan!
I have been using Neocutis for years. When the Micro Day Cream was discontinued, this was the replacement. I read, and re-read everything on this product and nowhere does it say that it is tinted. I am extremely fair-skinned with a red undertone. I looked like an Oompa Loompa! Sadly, this one will be going back and I have to start the hunt for a new daytime moisturizer.

What happened to this?
I have used this product for many, many years. I loved it. This new formula however is horrible. The tint is literally orange now. Its too thick and it smells. If Neocutis does not do something I will not be using anymore sadly. They should not have messed with the old formula.

This product is disappointing. Used this for years and loved it but now it is so thick you can’t spread it on your face, it is an orange color on my skin and impossible to wash off. Bought smaller travel size for vacation but won’t continue using until these problems are corrected. In fact it is so terrible I want my money back.

I've used Journee for several years, but this version is just as one of the other reviewers stated, "sticky and thick," and I'll add sticky and thick at its very best. Even visually you can tell it is thicker now. Previously this was a very smooth lotion consistency, good for combination skins and blended nicely under other products. But this is hard to apply and appears like I got dark makeup stuck near my hairline (the shade seems darker now, too). It's just thick and like spreading a thick heavy cream on your face, for my skin type it's uncomfortable and feels like it's hard for my skin to 'breathe" today if that makes any sense. It just feels "caked on." I was hoping to buy the old version, but it has disappeared from the website, so hopefully Neocutis has not discontinued the better option which was also $10 cheaper. If Journee remains in this formulation only, I'll sadly move on to other products as this just won't work for me at all.
