I have been using this every evening for the past 2 weeks. I have noticed a huge difference in the crows feet around my eyes. My entire face looks brighter and smoother. Yes, there was some discomfort with itching and redness, but if it gets too bad, you can always get the Obagi360 Retinol .50. This is my first experience with Retinol and I love it. I spoke to my Dr. and he said, once the initial peeling stops the itching calms down. Keep using.

Ive been using this stuff 3 days in a row and its burning so bad! It is working, but burning. I will use every 2 days now. The product itself is very nice but dont put it anywhere near your eyes. My eyes are so tender from putting this all over my face. Good product but be careful. Good price too.

I am 54 years old with very dry skin but I have a very oily nose with a lot of blackheads and very enlarged pores due to my age, I started using this cream on my nose at night and literally within 2 nights my blackheads disappeared and the large pores literally shank to barely being noticeable. Not sure how great this product is insofar as a less costly alternative to tretinoin cream, thus the three stars. I do, however, notice that I am indeed peeling a little bit as the retinol should do. I like the texture a lot and find that it absorbs well. Of course its not meant to be blended with the Obagi Blender, which I now apply after using the 360 retinol. Quite possibly a five star in the making but Ill have to continue using it for a few months before I know for sure and before I could with absolute confidence recommend this as a scrip replacement.

More Gentle than Prescription
The Obagi360 is much more mild than the prescription form of retinol which makes the appearance of my skin look much better than the scaly look the prescription product frequently caused. The Obagi360 (combined with the blender at night and Exfoderm used in the morning) does cause a little bit of peeling, occasionally. The effect is smooth, beautiful skin. I didnt rate this at 5 stars because without the "super peel" the prescription product offers, Im not sure if it would be as effective in combating wrinkles.
