I’ve been using this Retinol for years and I’m super happy with it. The price point and Obagi sales makes it an affordable Retinol product that everyone over 40 should be using. Helps to keep my 52 year old skin looking 45, haha, and goes on nicely. It smells fine, absorbs effortlessly, and it’s easy to layer other products over it. I am a repeat customer of everything OBAGI. The Retinol 1.0 is one of my favorite creams. I apply it first and then mix it in with the OBAGI Luxe Moisturizer. Great retinol!
This is the first time I’ve used Obagi retinol 1.0. Just to be on the safe side I started out twice weekly and now only use it Monday Wednesday and Friday. I’ve done that for the first month and I have not experienced any dryness , redness or irritation. I normally just give my face a break on the weekends and use my normal nighttime moisturizer. I highly recommend this Obagi retinol.
