Olaplex works to keep my swimmer's hair healthy, especially when I combine it with the No. 0. I just use a little on my hair after I rinse it with fresh water, put on my swim cap and go. It also works before regular shampooing too. I learned about it from my hair colorist. I can't use most of the other Olaplex products because they contain Limonene, a common allergen.
