Nice hair results, but this line is burning my scalp

Don’t get it. And don’t like it.
Tried it twice, both times leaving it on around 30 minutes then shampooing with Olaplex and conditioning. Left my hair dry, thin, and scalp itchy. Marginally reduced frizz. I’m sticking with the sulfate free shampoo and giving these chemicals a miss.
