Quick Results
I have sensitive skin but really wanted the benefit of a retinol product. I’ve worked up to every other day without any problems. I’ve seen some softening of lines and my pores have shrunk in some areas. Highly recommend.

SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.3 Refining + Anti-Aging Night Cream
Very effective at exfoliating my skin and not as harsh as some other retinols I’ve tried.

SkinCeuticals Retinol
I have been using this product for 3 months. It is light, non-greasy, glides on easily, and absorbs quickly. It helps to brighten skin and I will continue using this nightly.

Must have
I’m on my mid 30s and I feel like retinol is a must have. No wonder retinol is called the “holy grail” of skin care. I started resuming the use of retinol, specifically this low strength from Skinceuticals recently after doing a bunch of research/ watching dermatologist do their reviews of retinol. Please don’t make the same mistake that I did when I first started using retinol. Back then all I keep hearing was “retinol is good for your skin” as it speeds up the cell turnover process. Without doing any research or advise from providers I went full force, I used the maximum strength 1.0 with the mindset that “the stronger, the better”. I suffered from what they called “retinol dermatitis”. I have a sensitive/ acne prone skin. I was using the maximum strength every night. In a matter of few days, my face turned red with heavy peeling and worse breakouts. I stopped using it and spoke with a provider. I got traumatized from using retinol and told myself I will never use it again! After recommendations from friends that have glowing skin and watching reviews from dermatologist online on how to use retinol properly, this time I came prepared and gave it another shot. I started with the lowest strength from Skinceuticals, specifically this 0.3 dose. I prep my skin with a mild cleanser followed by a “pea size” amount of retinol then apply triple lipid restore cream. Yep, all you need is a pea size (please don’t same mistake I did). I use the retinol initially once every 3 days then now every other night. Omg, my skin has never felt so great! I can notice the difference already and will continue using it. My breakout is lessening and my skin appears smoother. Overall condition of my skin is better! For now, I will stay with this strength and keep using it every other night.

Good for Sensitive Skin
This lower-strength retinol is great for people with sensitive skin! In the winter, I typically can't use retinols at all because they make my skin red and itchy. I haven't had any problems with this one, and my skin looks great! I will probably go back up to the 0.5 strength again for the summer but I am so happy that I discovered this product!

Excellent Retinol Night Cream for first time users.
A mild retinol cream for beginners that still does its job at renewing your skin cells.

A MUST!
What a product: I chose 0.5 as a medium concentration, and it does wonders when it comes to skin discoloration, large pores & fine lines with regular use! Make sure you start gradually: twice a week then every other day, & don’t forget sunscreen whether you live in a cold or hot, dry or humid weather conditions! Also be careful not to buy this product alone: Hyaluronic acid & a super moisturizing cream are a must while on a retinol course! I personally use it with the HA Intensifier & Triple Lipid Restore cream, which I also posted reviews about!

Great Retinol Starter for Sensitive Skin
I have been on Accutane twice and have incredibly sensitive dry skin. I purchased the SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.3 Refining + Anti-Aging Night Cream because the 0.5 strength was too potent for my sensitive skin. I combine this product with my SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 Anti-Aging Cream, and I can tolerate it every other night. I have not progressed to nightly yet; however, I am encouraged by my results so far because it is more tolerable than the 0.5 strength.

Positive experience with first retinol product
This is my first retinol product I have incorporated into my skincare routine. I intentionally chose the lowest strength to gradually work myself up to a higher strength eventually. I also intentionally chose Skinceuticals because of the brand’s great reputation of being backed by science and research, giving me confidence I am putting in the time with one of the best products. Looking forward to increasing your the 0.5 and then 1.0 strengths.

First Retinol try
I’ve been using for about 3 weeks now and haven’t had any issues with drying although I’m slowly adding days. Started out with twice a week and now at 3 times, I see a little improvement so far in texture of my skin. So far so good!

Skinceuticals Retinol 0.3 Refining & Antiaging Night Cream
This Retinol is a staple in my evening skincare regime. It gets the job done without any peeling or irritation. Hardly a night goes by when I don't use this. I've gotten wonderful results

SkinCeuticals Retionol .3
So... it has been along time since I used a retinol. In the past, retinols caused havoc to my skin so I always ended up quitting. At the encouragement of my dermatologist, I decided to once again try out a retinol. I have been using this the Retinol .3 for about 2 weeks. I have some mild peeling but nothing like in the past. I am anxious to see how my skin looks in the next 4 weeks. Based on my reaction, I can recommend this product but please realize you my peel. I consider this a minor price to pay for beautiful skin!

Results without irritation
I have used retinol for over 30 years. I am 72 years old and the 0.3 strength is perfect for my mature skin. Good results with no irritation!

Loving my clear skin!
I recived a sample of SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.3 Cream and saw an immediate reduction in the blemishes and pimples on my skin. I have very sensitive skin and I was nicely surprised that this retinol didn't dry out my skin. I had to buy the full size because my skin has never looked more clear! Thank you Skinceuticals!

Great for sensitive skin
This is great for sensitive skin! I have only been using it for a few days, but I haven't had any kind of reaction from it. It leaves my skin feeling soft and it has helped clear up some congestion in my skin. I follow with the triple lipid restore to make sure I keep my skin hydrated. Those two are a dynamic duo!

Gentle starter retinol
I have tried retinol products from a bunch of different brands, but it’s been difficult to find one that’s gentle on my skin and effective at the same time. This SkinCeuticals retinol cream does both - finally! It has a light gel like texture, spreads easily, and I only experience mild peeling when ramping up to using this daily. The cream keeps my skin clear, and I’ve noticed smoother skin while using. I haven’t noticed any drastic changes on my mild wrinkles, and will probably bump up to a stronger retinol strength when I’m done with this tube.

Should have gone stronger!
This would be a perfect retinol if you are just starting out on retinol/retinoid products! I used a higher percentage retinoid before this, so was a little hesitant about getting a higher %, but once I finish this, I'll move up to the .5%. That being said, I have acne prone, sensitive skin and found this to be quite gentile and non-irritating, and used it 3 times a week. Won't re-purchase this % again, but will buy the stronger one!

Wasn't a fan
I didn't notice a difference in anything besides the irritation with my skin. I used hyaluronic acid and it didn't help at all with the dryness I experienced using this retinol. Wasn't a fan because it still gave me the retinol reaction and was expensive.
