Silymarin
I’ve only been using Silymarin CF for two weeks, but so far so good. I have oily, acne prone and sensitive skin at 42. I was previously using CE Ferulic, but wanted to try Silymarin CF, I was concerned the Silymarin would be to harsh on my sensitive skin, but I have not had any issues. I’m happy with the product.

I was thrilled to see that SkinCeuticals was addressing acne prone aging skin with this product. I have been using SkinCeuticals CF Phloretin Serum, followed by the Acne & Blemish serum to fight aging and balance my acne prone skin. At this point I will continue with the CF Phloretin. The Silymarin CF immediately gave me millia/ multiple small whitehead type pustules. When I get my nerves up I may try it again, however for now I will stick with my previous regimen.

I’ve tried the original SkinCeuticals Ferulic CE & was not a fan. This new version sounded promising as I’m someone with oily breakout prone skin (maskne). It’s been close to a month and so far this hasn’t done much for my pigment but it’s done wonders to make breakouts disappear and shrink my pores. Seems to be Breaking Me Out
I seem to be the only one who isn't getting a great result from this new product. I am loyal to SC, I think their products are effective, much more than others. But this one does not seem to slow my oil production at all and I believe it is making my skin very congested. I have had success with Phloretin CF (although my skin is too sensitive for it lately) and I think Blemish and Age Defense is ok. I am about two+ weeks in to using this and I will continue for at least a month, but right now, I am not loving this product.

I apply five drops of Silymarin CF Vitamin C in the morning after showering, and 12-24 hours later, I have a tomatoey-orange hue to my fair skin. It's noticeable, like a bad fake tan. However, it can comes off most of the way with a good face wash, or foundation covers it up too. This product does seem to reduce my oily areas a bit. I have not used it long enough to judge its other claims, but I wanted to make sure others know they're not alone if this dyes your skin. It may be interacting with some of the other products I apply about an hour or two after this has soaked in. I'm surprised no one has reported a similar situation. I wish this would not change color on my face, because it's not very practical if I look like I've had an unfortunate incident with a bottle of fake bake from 1990.
