Taut unlined skin...
I find this product to be very effective at keeping my skin taut and unlined. I had to gradually increase from .25 to .5 to finally get to 1.0 over time, but now I truly find that the results are wonderful. People say I look younger and my skin in smooth despite being 68 years old. I will continue to use this product nightly for years going forward. I love it.

The best Retinol cream!
SkinMedica has the best products, especially this Retinol cream. This is a higher percentage so you need to start with the .25% and work your way up. Now I use the 1% daily as the first step in my regimen. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate it at all! I highly recommend this product!

A Retinol Product That Has It All
I am a long time 1% retinol user and wanted to switch from a more drying one, made by a pharmaceutical company, to one for mature skin. SkinMedica Retinol 1% with its many buffers (squalane and various oils) , spreads easily, doesn't make my skin peel and actually feels good upon application rather than feeling dry and tight. It's made by a recognized skin care company, Allergan, rather than a cosmetic company; and all in all I couldn't be more happy so far with this product. I say "so far" because I sometimes break out, and I am hoping this product works well without any unwanted skin reactions. - just the smoothness that retinol provides.
