I like this brand and bought this off the advice of my esthetician for the growth hormones to improve skin elasticity and slight hyperpigmentation issues. I used as directed till completely gone and seen absolutely no difference in my skin. Perhaps you need to use for months before you see a difference, but at the price if not giving me even a 5 percent difference, wouldn’t buy again. I will say I didn’t have any allergic reaction, soaked into skin nice and didn’t feel sticky. Skin felt smooth but again that’s not enough to buy again. Could use other serums at half the price for same results.

The double pump feature is the absolute worst! The product only dispenses correctly about half the time. For the expense, you would think they would get this corrected. I am on my second bottle now. I thought I got a bad dispenser the first time around, but nope, this one is even worse. I do get compliments on my skin but I doubt I will be repurchasing until the pump issue is resolved.

This product pills on its own and when used with other skin medica products. I’ve applied in recommended order and others just trialing and waiting up to 10 minutes between application of products. If I use the TNS serum my product always pills. So frustrating for the price.

Little results
This product is too expensive. I have other products that work better. I will not be purchasing this again. Little results. My other products I have used for years far exceed the touted results you should see. Will finish the bottle I purchased because I am frugal and do hate to throw away something that I purchased for so much money. I purchased this because I received information about how wonderful this stuff is. I use a much less expensive product, and get a lot of bang for my buck and a jar lasts for 6 months along with the bottle of serum.

Verdict is still out of results...BUT
I cannot believe that at this price point one bottle only lasted me for just over 2 weeks. I use is sparingly morning and night as suggested and I am already out. Giving another bottle a try because I am anticipating awesome results after spending this much. LOL

The product lasted barely 3 weeks, using am/pm, nothing visible to report. I would continue if I would get at least a month of use. Impossible to check if there is anything left. Most likely it’s all gone. I’m perplexed, do not like the packaging, never had an issue with the old formulation

Tns advanced serum
I really wanted to use this but after using it a few times I had an allergic reaction. I do have skin allergies and should have tested my skin first. I liked how a little bit goes a long way, my skin felt so soft and smooth. Lovely skin was great in my return process. I will continue using SkinMedica products as most of them I'm not allergic to.

As other reviewers have stated, the pump system needs serious reconfiguring. The actual growth factor side of the serum (the clear serum) ran out much, much earlier than the anti-aging serum side. Like several weeks earlier. Considering the main reason one purchases this product is for the growth factors, I was pretty disappointed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to see a difference in my skin after finishing the first bottle and right now I'm not sure I want to repurchase until the dispensing container issues are fixed.

I was using TNS essential serum(discontinued) for years and it soaks into your skin. The TNS advanced does not and leaves your skin sticky and if you put product over it, the products start clumping and rolling on your skin.

I’ve been using this product for almost a month and I feel as though it MAY be working on the fine lines around my eyes and lips but will continue to use in the morning and night for a while longer before deciding if I will continue to spend the money on this product. I have been very happy with the LovelySkin site, and in particular, this product. I have used it for several years and purchase it frequently. It is an excellent product that comes in very deficient packaging. Every other one that I receive has a problem, notwithstanding that I have followed the directions meticulously each time, and half the product is wasted. Either the serum and cream don't come out at the same time, or they out from other seams in the plastic. It's too expensive a product to have so much of it simply wasted. I have never returned it because the return requirements are simply too burdensome, but I wonder whether I can continue to purchase it.
