I waited a while before buying this product because of the price. After finding it at a reasonable sale price, I purchased it. I am willing to pay for skin products that deliver the results they advertise. After about four weeks of twice-daily use, I see positive skin clarity, tone, and firmness results. I appreciate that the pump delivers just the amount needed to cover the face, which helps this last longer than if I used too much dispensing it myself. I will keep an eye out for another sale and will repurchase it.

When the packaging works, this is a good product
I've read the other reviews about only getting the white or clear product dispensed, and I thought I was lucky because my first bottle worked flawlessly. I stored it upside down and tapped the bottom of the bottle before dispensing it. This bottle, not so lucky. I traveled and took it with me. Enroute, it was on it's side in my cosmetic bag, but as soon as I got to where I was staying, I placed it upside down, tapped the bottle, etc. It worked a few times, then dispensed only the clear fluid a few times. Then the packaging worked correctly, but only intermittently. Upon returning home, I placed it upside down again and tapped the bottle repeatedly, but now it's only been dispensing the white fluid for several days. It's too expensive to not work reliably ALL THE TIME, without the FUSS or need to do acrobatics with the packaging. I have one more bottle, and if I experience the same products, it'll be the last time I purchase this product. A real shame.

As I've mentioned in other reviews, I use a lot of products. This is so pricey. It's highly annoying that you can't remove the lid to make certain that you've gotten every drop out and I've TRIED to get the lid off!! When I've removed this from my skin regimen, I'm not really sure if it has made a difference. The next time I order it, I need to take up close photos. Sometimes I wonder if I'd be better off to just save the money and put it towards a high level laser treatment, I just don't want to deal with the pain and downtime.

Did not give it 5 stars for three reasons; very expensive, sometimes have problem with the dispenser, one side only comes out.. Was told that if you prime it, cover holes and pump slowly several times… that worked! Also cannot tell when product is almost gone until it is. This is my first time using SkinMedica TNS Advanced + Serum, but I have used other SkinMedica products and have always liked them. I have only been using the serum for about three weeks now. My skin feels good after using, but I reserve judgement on whether I've seen any real improvement overall yet. I plan on giving it more time. The one negative was getting the pump to work correctly. I followed all the steps and still had problems. I did contact customer service and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement product. That pump has been working fine. Glides onto your skin, has no perfumey smells, hydrates well. Two complaints though. One is the price. It is beyond painful to pay this much for 1 oz. The second is the pump. You have to store it upside down or you waste it trying to get both sides to pump evenly.

The TNS Advanced + Serum is an excellent t product. You will see results of improved skin texture and smaller pores. My skin is naturally brighter using this serum. The pump dispenser could be better, and for the price should be. I store it upside down to reduce the chance of air bubbles. If you get an air bubble, which you will notice by the weight of the bottle but serum won’t dispense correctly, bang it on the countertop and serum should then dispense. But this shouldn’t ever have to be done at this price point.

Dispenser is a serious issue …
First off - I cannot say enough about LovelySkin Customer service and the company. This is the place to order from as they promptly address and fix any issues you may have with an item. A+. On that note - TNS really needs to deal with the faulty dispenser issue not distributing both of the serums equally or at all - and especially given the price point on this product. If you can deal with all that - I have about two months in on this ( am/pm) and think that it has had a big contribution towards an overall tightening of my skin @ 60 years old.

Great Product, Not So Great Packaging
I like this product. I think it works and is probably worth the expensive. I use it once a day b/c if I use it more frequently, I tend to develop very tiny "baby acne." What I don't care for, and what many others have commented on, is the packaging. I always feel like there is more left in the bottle that I cannot access and often only one side dispenses until it is completely empty and then the other side decides to start working again. I would give this product 5 stars if the packaging was greatly improved.

This is my first purchase of TNS- and my skin is looking smooth and nearly pore less BUT. I’ve recently had three sessions of SkinPen, which is a micro needling treatment and its claims are the same as those for TNS. SkinPen is supposed to continue increasing collagen production for up to six months post treatment. I got the TNS as a booster. SO, I don’t know if my good results are from the serum or the SkinPen. It’s probably the combination. Either way I’m happy with my purchase.

Five STAR product--just expensive
This is truly a five star product, in my opinion. I only deduct one star because it is SO very costly! I would buy it more often and use it TWICE a day as directed if it was less expensive, because it actually WORKS. I'm using it primarily because I like the lifting/firming effect I get when I use it. I always use it when I am going out or want to look my very best, but I wish I could use it twice a day, every single day as I believe the results would be even more cummulative over time. Again, it works--it's just extremely costly, so I treat it as though it is very precious and conserve the useage.
