Wanted to love this…
I purchased this to add to my skincare routine. While I do use other SkinMedica products without any issues, this one caused my skin to break out. At first, I thought I had bug bites, but I eventually realized the breakouts were from this product. I’m 56 and have never experienced acne before, but I started developing whiteheads—small bumps with white pus. Unfortunately, this product did not work for my skin.

Pump not working on last two bottles
So frustrating. This is the second bottle in the row where I was not able to get the pump working. The first time I let it go after trying all of the "fixes". This time I am making a complaint. I tried all of the steps to prime the pump and one side is working but now it is leaking under the cap and wasting a ton of product. For nearly, $300, I expect better. Disappointed!!!

I've been buying SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum for some time now and am typically satisfied with this product. However, this purchase I am not, as only one chamber worked at a time. First, the chamber with the creamy white substance dispensed for about a week or a little more, and then the other chamber with the clear liquid substance dispensed for about a week. Never did both chambers work at the same time. To top it off the product only lasted for 2-3 weeks, where typically it lasts 2 months (with nightly application)! So disappointed!

Mixed Emotions but EXCELLENT customer service!!
I love TNS Serum...when I'm lucky enough to get a bottle that works! Seems like this is a known issue at SkinMedica and I wish they'd get it together because it's an awesome product. I'm giving one star since after 4 exchanges I still wasn't lucky enough to get a working product. That aside, the customer service at LovelySkin is next level. They worked hard to resolve the issue; I feel bad they have to deal with poor product through no fault of their own. LovelySkin customer for life :)

SkinMedica TNS pump doesn't work
I love the product and have used it for many years. It does work but it is super expensive, so I like to make sure I can get every drop out of it. This new bottle I just purchased within the last month, I have not been able to get the clear serum out of the pump. Only the white serum comes out, so I am not able to get the full benefits of the serums combined.

Faulty Dispenser
Let me start off by saying I love the product. However, the dispenser leaves something to be desired. Initially the product does not dispense properly, one side dispenses but not the other side. As instructed by customer service I store it up side down. I waste so much product trying to get it to dispense properly. I do not understand why this is not being addressed by SkinMedica. Very frustrating!!!!

Faulty pump, two bottles in a row
I don't know what's going on. I have used this for a decade without dispensing issues, but the past 2 bottles had faulty pumps. Customer service explained how to prime it, etc., but the first bottle simply broke after trying (gently) so many times and wasting tons of product in the process. The second bottle had the same issue, although it's eventually working most days, after wasting about half the bottle. Too expensive for all this experimenting!

I have purchased this product twice. The first time I really liked this product and had no issues with the pump. The second purchase is another story. Only one side of the bottle dispenses. For a product this expensive I expect better results. Very disappointed.

pump not working correctly
only 1 side of container has product coming out. Previous containers that I purchased have had the 2 separate holes that product comes out of. The container I purchased from Lovely skin only dispenses from 1 side.Product is too expensive to have a defective pump.

I have been using this product for years and love it, but this is the first bottle I have received that is defective. The product only comes out of 1 side, not both. Will call customer service to see if this can be replaced.

Problems with delivery method.
I have used this product off and on for many years. It is amazing to me they have never improved the delivery system of the actual product. I can't tell you the number of times one of the holes works and the other doesn't. It is so expensive and frustrating when it doesn't work properly. The product itself is good.

I was excited about trying TNS Serum. The first day I tried it, I broke out in a red rash that lasted for a week. I used vitamin C serum that day as well and thought it could be the combination of the two. I tried TNS twice more, and watch time I broke out in a rash and even had a few whiteheads! I’m 58 with dry skin and haven’t had a pimple since I was a teen. This product left me with several large red patches all over my face that have not gone away in 3 weeks. I want to wear makeup to cover them, but my skin is also so dried out now, that my fine lines have become exaggerated and my skin feels like leather. After spending nearly $300 on this product, I am left feeling deeply disappointed.

I just opening my replenishment recurring order for Skin Medica TNS serum and the serum is only coming out one of the two spouts. I had my husband try to fix it but no luck. I am considering cancelling my orders from now on.

The company should really redesign the pump because it cause so much problem.. because the pump problem I end up have to buy something else. The company is going to lose customers if you don’t resolve the pump problem.

Expensive does not equal works
I thought for the price point I was going to see results I saw nothing. I take pictures everyday and label them day 1 day 2 etc and after 2-3 months I see nothing. Waste of money.
