I am on my second bottle of this serum and like it. It is pricey but I do think my skin shows some improvement. I have had trouble with getting both products out at the same time, but find if you cover the 2 holes with a finger and pump a few times, it will get the serums moving together.

I love the TNS Advanced Serum. I've been using this for a couple of years, and I used its predecessor for a few years before that, too. I really notice a difference in my skin with this serum - it appears much smoother and with fewer wrinkles/creases, and just overall more luminous - and I also find it hydrating and helpful to apply with my prescribed topical retinoid.
