Amazing for skin
I have used TNS off and on for 4 years now. I always go back to this serum. Truly does even skin tone, and diminishes wrinkles. I will be 52 at the end of this month. My skin looks very good according to my skin care providers. I do try to schedule facials...sometimes hydra facials. I do get Dysport or BOTOX every 5 months or so on the forehead. However, when I ask about other procedures I am told no, and not needed. My skincare regime is very important. TNS truly is a serum that holds all in place. Drink your water too!!

Reliable TNS serum
My skin does better with this original TNS serum compared to the new Advanced TNS formula. I switched back and my 52 yo skin feels less dry and more plump after only thirty days of use.

Switched back after trying the Advanced+ Serum
I just switched back after using up two bottles of the Advanced+ version of the TNS serum. I think that one may plump a bit more with the newer peptides. But my skin was looking duller and glowing less. I think the Alpha Arbutin in this version was helping my skin a lot and I didn't realize it. Both versions work extremely well. If I discontinue a TNS serum altogether for a few months, I can tell the difference. I look older and more worn out.

Seems effective so far
I started out with the Advanced formula of the TNS Serum, also from SkinMedica. It worked well, but I decided to try this formula when the Advanced ran out. So far, so good. I haven't noticed a big difference between the two products. Overall, my skin seems to appear fresher, and fine lines are less pronounced. So far, not a big reduction in deeper wrinkles and lines around my mouth -- which is what I'd been hoping for.

Unpleasant Smell
I’ve used both the TNS Essential Serum and the TNS Advanced Serum and I honestly prefer the advanced serum. The essential serum has an unpleasant smell but I honestly didn’t notice a difference in the effectiveness.

I bought this based on my dermatologist office recommendation. It is very expensive. This comes in a container where you push down and the product comes out in 2 different lotions. You then mix it on your hand and apply. You can't tell when you're going to run out. Not a fan of not being able to see how much is left. I have been using this for 3-4 weeks, and I have seen a slight improvement around my eye and lip wrinkles. Which is great, but would like to see if there is more improvement over the next few weeks.

TNS ESSENTIAL Serum is an excellent product as it has dual chambers giving you double skin benefits. A little goes a long way which helps with the cost of this product. I gave this a 3 as the packaging is very frustrating due to the amount remaining after you receive your last pump. I managed to break the product open with a hammer to see if any was left which shocked me! Opening the innards I was able to obtain at least 6 more days of product using 2times a day. Prior to this I was recycling this product which meant “ money down the drain”!
