I will say, this product definitely helped slow the progress of more fine lines. That said, I can’t say it helped with existing after using regularly for several years. So depends on what you are in the market for, since it’s quite expensive!!

I started out with the Advanced formula of the TNS Serum, also from SkinMedica. It worked well, but I decided to try this formula when the Advanced ran out. So far, so good. I haven't noticed a big difference between the two products. Overall, my skin seems to appear fresher, and fine lines are less pronounced. So far, not a big reduction in deeper wrinkles and lines around my mouth -- which is what I'd been hoping for.

I’ve used both the TNS Essential Serum and the TNS Advanced Serum and I honestly prefer the advanced serum. The essential serum has an unpleasant smell but I honestly didn’t notice a difference in the effectiveness.

I bought this based on my dermatologist office recommendation. It is very expensive. This comes in a container where you push down and the product comes out in 2 different lotions. You then mix it on your hand and apply. You can't tell when you're going to run out. Not a fan of not being able to see how much is left. I have been using this for 3-4 weeks, and I have seen a slight improvement around my eye and lip wrinkles. Which is great, but would like to see if there is more improvement over the next few weeks.

Goes on smooth and does make a big difference in skin tone and wrinkles. Compared to TNS Advanced, I see better results with this original product. Neither of these products however compare to a different brand, which the makers of SkinMedica acquired and discontinued regretfully so I can only give 4 stars. To avoid beading, I do recommend following instructions and putting on a clean face before putting other products on. Then give the product a few seconds to absorb. That in itself makes a big difference.

I’ve used this product now for 2 years. It’s a great product, but for me I think my skin may have looked better with another brand.. This SkinMedica product has more growth factors and does more than the other one, but I’m to try the other one again and see if I see a visible difference by switching. SkinMedica makes some of the best, if not “the best” skin care products available. I go to a great dermatologist and SM is highly recommended. If I decide to stay with SM after comparing to the other one, I think I’ll consult with the experts because the cosmetic specialist at my dermatologist office just told me that the newest TNS serum does not have the vitamin c in it, so I think I’d stick with this one not the newer one, but I’ll ask SkinMedica and LovelySkin specialists before deciding.

I have been using TNS for over 2 years now. It is pricey but I do notice a difference in fine lines and wrinkles. It does plump the skin. It does not break me out or pill when used with other products. I have tried the newer version and that one sometimes pills so I prefer this one. Pump can be obnoxious but if you follow the videos you can fix it. You can usually find it on sale.
