Amazing for skin
I have used TNS off and on for 4 years now. I always go back to this serum. Truly does even skin tone, and diminishes wrinkles. I will be 52 at the end of this month. My skin looks very good according to my skin care providers. I do try to schedule facials...sometimes hydra facials. I do get Dysport or BOTOX every 5 months or so on the forehead. However, when I ask about other procedures I am told no, and not needed. My skincare regime is very important. TNS truly is a serum that holds all in place. Drink your water too!!

Switched back after trying the Advanced+ Serum
I just switched back after using up two bottles of the Advanced+ version of the TNS serum. I think that one may plump a bit more with the newer peptides. But my skin was looking duller and glowing less. I think the Alpha Arbutin in this version was helping my skin a lot and I didn't realize it. Both versions work extremely well. If I discontinue a TNS serum altogether for a few months, I can tell the difference. I look older and more worn out.

Best skin product on the market
As my skin was aging (you know what I mean!) my dermatologist recommended SkinMedical TNS Essential Serum. While the price tag at the dermatologist office was a bit of a "gulp", I quickly decided that my skin is worth it. Clarity and pore size improvement
I've been using this for a few years and make sure to never run out. My skin seems brighter, more luminous, pores appear smaller. I also rub it onto my eyelids and under eye area when applying to my face. I feel it has helped keep crows feet to a minimum. I am turning 50 in 1 month and many people comment that I look like I'm in my 30s. LOL I'll take it! I also store this upside down to help both serums dispense simultaneously. That has really help with the dispensing issues many, including myself, have had in the past.

Best serum
Have used the TNS serum for many years. Stopped using it for about 6 months to try other products. Didn’t take long but saw undesirable changes in my skin. The essential was just introduced when I knew I needed to get back to the TNS serum. I tried the Essential serum and never looked back! I now use the auto shipment to make sure I always have it.
