Best Cream for Dry Skin
This was recommended to me by a dermatologist after I broke out from a lanolin based product. Within 2 weeks, my skin was clear and I have not experienced any breakout since then (going on 3 years). I apply it within 3 minutes post showering and in the Winter, I apply it to any dry areas prior to bedtime. I keep a container in every bathroom to use after hand washing. It is highly absorbable and unscented. It may not be as lovely as more expensive brands however, it does not break me out.

This cream has definitely been my go-to for moisturizing my hands and feet. It's more concentrated than the lotion and is perfect if you are looking for deep moisture for extra dry areas. I love the lotion for general body moisturizing, but this thick, luxurious cream is the best for hands, elbows, feet, and I am told is even ok to use on the face. Vanicream products were recommended to me by my dermatologist, I have been using this cream for years (among numerous other Vanicream products) and have had zero allergic reactions.

Vanicream Moisturizing Skin Cream
I have extremely sensitive skin and have found this to be an excellent nighttime moisturizer. It does not clog pores and absorbs into the skin. Unless your skin is extremely dry, however, I don't think it would work for daytime under makeup, etc.
