I've been using these Viviscal tablets for about seven months at this point. I definitely have a lot of baby hairs around my hairline, which is nice. I also think I have less scalp showing on my hair part. However, given how slowly hair grows, I think it's still a bit early to make a final judgment. I plan to keep using these tablets for at least 12-18 months and will re-assess then. So far, though, I'm pleased. And as a side note, I was a bit worried about whether the biotin in these tablets might give me acne, as I have very reactive skin. However, my skin's been about the same.

I’ve been using viviscal pro for a couple of years now on and off. Every time I switch to something else, I can tell the difference pretty quickly. My thin hair falls flat and doesn’t look as shiny. My nails also get brittle and break easily. But once I switch back to viviscal, within a few weeks my hair looks so much healthier and I have less breakage and fallout in the shower. I also need more frequent haircuts because it grows so fast. My hairdresser can’t believe how long my hair gets now in between cuts.
