So Far So Good
I've only been taking these supplements for about a month, but I do notice some baby hairs coming through on the top of my head. It usually takes longer to determine effectiveness when taking supplements, so we'll see. They taste awful, like raw fish, but they are stronger than the normal Viviscal supplements, which don't taste too bad. I guess that nasty taste just confirms they have that AminoMar marine complex, which is good. I'll post another review in about a month to report on my hair growth.

I began taking these vitamins about a year ago, maybe 10 or 11 months. I take one in the morning and one in the evening each day. Yes, my hair has been growing quickly, along with my nails, and that's great- BUT in the past few weeks, I have noticed a significant increase in the overall thickness of my hair.
