Follow this step-by-step video to become Cleopatra this Halloween.
This Halloween, be the queen of the Nile with this Cleopatra-inspired costume.
After you have applied your foundation, draw in thick arched brows with a dark brown brow gel.
Next, apply a lid primer to keep your eyeshadow in place all night. Then use a light blue eyeshadow over the entire lid, reaching all the way to the brow bone. Apply a lighter shade on the brow bone to add definition to your eyes.
Line your top eyelid with a black liner and carry the line into the inner corner of your eye. For the outer corner, draw the line out until it almost meets your brow. Draw a line down at the same angle as the brow and fill in with eyeliner.
Next, apply white eyeliner on your waterline to emphasize your eyes.
Using the black eyeliner, completely line your bottom lid, reaching to the inner corner.
After you have lined your lids, pack on a glitter shadow into the middle of the lid to add a little sparkle.
Finish your Cleopatra eyes with two coats of volumizing mascara in black. Apply a soft bronzer on your cheeks and finish your makeup with a neutral lip.
Keep your hair straight, pile on the gold jewelry and get ready to walk like an Egyptian all night.
