I have thick, dry, dull hair and most conditioners do not provide enough moisture. I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It moisturizes and softens well. It left my hair shinier than other products, but could be more shiny. The scent is pleasant (not delectable) and imparts a nice smell, which wears off after a couple hours. Ultimately I'm looking for a conditioner that promotes healthy scalp/hair, but it's really hard to know if hair products are just a quick fix or if it actually cultivates long-term benefit. Still, the Gold Conditioner is better than alternatives I've tried and I will repurchase unless I find a stronger performing product.
